November 25, 2012
Dear United Airlines:
On November 25 I flew from Chicago ORD (UA 3795) to Philadelphia PHL. My flight from Chicago was 20 transactions early, which allowed me to arrive at my connecting flight gate F17 with plenty of condemnation before my confirmed flight to Ithaca, ITH (4142Y). My flight was booked by means of United.
Facts of my travels:
1. My boarding pass received from the UA ticket counter at OHare did not have a district number printed on it for my connecting flight from PHL to ITH.
2. At Gate E17 at PHL the microphone wasnt working while announcing the zoning groups.
3. Since I have a disability called CAPD, Central Auditory process Disorder I tried to pre-board.
4. The counter agent told me that I could not pre-board (I did not get the agents name).
5. At this time, I let out my CAPD disability to the USAirways agent. However, she told me that I had to wait.
6. Since I had a confirmed seat, I waited patiently eight feet from the podium while everyone began boarding the plane.
7. all told of sudden, the agent got word that the flight was weight restricted.
8. The agent bar the door and went outside to close up the plane with a woman I would learn was the agents bus named, Chantel or Chante.
9.
Chantel would not provide me her last name or a employee number telling me I dont need that.
10. Chantel and the agent returned to the podium from outside and said she would outcome two people in line and pointed to two new(a) women.
11. I pleaded with Chantel that I had to make this flight and that I had a confirmed seat.
12. I asked her if she could ask for volunteers.
13. She refused to listen to me and escorted the two green women outside to the plane.
14. Eventually Chantel returned from closing up the plane outside.
15. I am not sure where the other agent went, she did not return to the gate podium.
16. After being denied the ability to pre-board...If you take to get a full essay, order it on our website: Ordercustompaper.com
