Developing the budget, monitor the expenditures, analyzing the fiscal reports of the bon ton, and allocating the funds is the responsibility of the Controller. Although these two applications provide beneficial insight and will act up to prove useful tools, the implementation of an internal control outline is essential for the longevity of control management.
