INTRODUCTION
Europe has a long tradition in guaranteeing freedom of tongue and press freedom. The Royal Decree on the Freedom of the conspire in Sweden (1766, Tryckfrihetsförordning) is gener every last(predicate)y recognised as the first warning in Europe of legal protection with constitutional attitude guaranteeing press freedom and prohibiting censorship.
