Wal-Mart sells their product goods at a low price because, they lying everything oerseas in poor third world countries that pay three time as less than our minimum wage. This as well detracts away jobs from United State citizens to live on in the factory. With over 2 million employees world wide thither would be even a greater number of employees if Wal-Mart had factories over here in the United States.
Wal-Mart employees are one of the most underappreciated employees crossways the United States. During work hours it is mandatory for employers to take breaks according to how many hours they are working that day. Employers at Wal-Mart capture very small breaks or even no breaks at all. Most people who have stayed as a bagger, cashier or any job at the low level of Wal-Mart wishes to move up the ladder and they can. Except when it comes to women. Women who work for Wal-Mart are extremely discriminated. It is extremely hard for women in Wal-Marts work place to move up the ladder as they say.
