As we all prepare for our pending union with EnviroTech, we must be aware of and do our best to oppose positive integrity and optimum professionalism at all generation throughout this process. Behavior Impacting Productivity
In general, productivity is a measure of the turnout of goods and services relative to the input of labor, capital and equipment (Cascio, 2006). This of course does non mean improving productivity by adding resources; rather we must work smarter with less. There are some key techniques as managers that we shadower concentrate on to improve productivity with the assets that we already have.

• Focus on changes in quality of work life
There are two elbow rooms of looking at what Quality of work life means. You can look at it as a set of physical object organizational conditions and practices such as being able to be promoted from within, democratic supervision, employee involvement and safe working conditions. The other way concerns perceptions that employees feel safe, are relatively well satisfied, have liable work-life balance and are able to grow and develop as human beings (Cascio, 2006).
