Introduction
Within the outlive few months, I have made the decision to obtain a new nursing home for me and my family. This decision was very baffling and was based off of many parts. In this paper, I pass on discuss what factors, such as supply and demand, alternate(a)s, and compliments that I took into consideration when do the final decision to purchase a home. The necessity of purchase a home affects the pricing crack of homes. I will explain how this is possible.
Factors that could affect supply and demand

Higher interest rates can lead to less people making the decision to purchase a home be bewilder of high school mortgage payments. The effect of higher interest rates can cause the supply to plus as homes sit on the market longer. When a home sits on the market for a draw out period of time, the price can be affected. If the supply is high and the demand is low, for one home to be sold oer another, price is also a factor that can increase demand. Homes with lower sales prices affect affordability. The lower priced a home is, the more reasonable it is to a potential buyer.



Another factor that can affect supply and demand is condition of the home. A home in poor condition is not usually in high demand, but for an investor looking to remodel a home could be different.
Substitutes for purchasing a home
One stand in to purchasing a home would be to buy a townhouse. Townhouses are usually priced lower than homes. If a person is not able to qualify to purchase a home because of the price, an option may be to purchase a townhouse. Another substitute would be to rent a home or apartment. both of these options are substitutes to buying a home.
