The aim of this report is to show the impact of perish related to Stress upon the workforce and the possible health cause and subsequent losses to the company and individuals concerned. To limit this effect with nurse measures designed to reduce the levels of Work Related Stress and thence in time improve the level of wellness & guard within the company.
The Aim will be achieved using the adjacent objectives:
& sloven; To identify via a Risk Assessment carry through the levels of Work Related Stress that may be impacting upon a trial group of employees.
& tinkers damn; Identify the Stressors concerned
& pig; interpret at the controls available and those authoritatively in place to chafe word a course of action both for immediate and want term actions to enable an overall improvement in health and Safety by the reduction in levels of Work Related Stress.
2.3 Methodology
• Research various data and publications to gain friendship on work related stress.
• Involve the mankind Resources department and Occupational Health and examine any illness absence reports, exit interview comments and reported incidents.
• adopt the pilot study group to give a second-rate representation of the workforce.
• Discuss with the employee group and representatives the Major ‘ try factors’ so that they are understood by the study group.
• Alongside informal discussions it was decided to use the HSE Analysis spear for the pilot study group. This would give an indication as to its simmpleness of use and possible application for a larger study.
• Identify any problem areas and notify the pilot group.
• Work with the group to look at how to improve the current situation and set up an action plan.
